In my video, the sounds of a forest obsessively dominate over melting toxic waste (TDCC). It is the utopia of a world where nature is eventually taking over our man-made mass production system.

The video is inspired by the scientific theory of the Anthropocene. According to the scientist Benjamin Henning “Humans were inevitably going to be part of the fossil record. But the true meaning of the Anthropocene is that we have affected nearly every aspect of our environment — from a warming atmosphere to the bottom of an acidifying ocean.” (Hennig, 2012)
